Foundry — Marketing site and onboarding for an AI infrastructure startup

A complete marketing site, authenticated dashboard, and self-serve onboarding flow for a Series A AI infrastructure company — designed and built in nine weeks.

Foundry had raised, hired, and shipped a private beta. But the public website was a placeholder, onboarding still required a sales call, and the founders wanted both of those things fixed before launch day. Nine weeks. One launch.

We delivered the marketing site, the authenticated dashboard, and a self-serve onboarding flow as a single coherent product — not three projects with overlapping deadlines. The marketing site is Next.js with a custom MDX content layer for the blog and changelog. The dashboard is a separate Next.js app sharing a design system through a private workspace package, so visual changes propagate to both surfaces in a single commit. Onboarding is twelve steps from sign-up to first deployed agent, with no human intervention required at any point in the flow.
